They're both very cute bags. I'm a bit conservative when it comes to handbags so I went with the black Betseyville bag. Both bags have a bit of flash to them, but the black one tones it down a bit where I would be comfortable using that one.
Can I be a little snot and say I don't like either of them? LOL Only because they're totally not my style at all, not because there's anything wrong with them. Nice prices though!!!

I'm with you, Heidi. I would never use one of these bags. The white one is more 'fun'... My girls would love these.... hmmm, Christmas????

I like the black one best. I tend to get anything with white in it, dirty. It just doesn't work for me. LOL! They are both super cute, though. Great find!

My friends daughter was recently away at the Boston Ballet Summer Dance Program. My friend had given her money for emergencies (ie. bandaides, tights, water, ice packs...). Well, the daughter had a break and did a bit of shopping with her friends. She classified buying a "Betsey Johnson" handbag as an EMERGENCY!! lol
Is the "Betsey Johnson" an upcoming fad? I have never heard of "Betseyville" until I found those great cosmetic bags at Marshalls... When did "Betsey Johnson" come on the scene????

Betsey Johnson has been around for a long time, at least forty years. I really didn’t become aware of any of her fashions, until around 1990. My high school friend owned a small boutique and she carried the “Betsey Johnson” line.
Betsey Johnson has always been known for her colorful, quirky patterns, on her clothing line. She took her designs to the next level in the past eighteen years. Besides making clothing, she now also has a line of shoes, handbags, accessories, and a fragrance.
Now that you know the name, “Betsey Johnson”, you will probably start noticing her products, everywhere.

Did I tell you gals that I went to a Betsey Johnsone Store a week or so ago? O My Gosh! Way cute stuff, but did I mention, way expensive stuff? You should have seen the bench (not for sale, it was store decor - maybe to help when you faint from the full price tag, lol).

I bought Betsy Johnson's signature fragrance. I like it, especially now that fall is here. (I'm a perfume addict). It's not right for 'anytime' wear, it's very casual.
If the scent were a person, it would be the funcrazy aunt who never had kids who wears flashy jewely all the time, heels, and has a drink about two hours earlier in the day than most people think acceptable. Something about it is slightly badgirl. It's not very polished, just fun. I wear it to class or out shopping, but not to a fancy dinner. I love to wear it to bed.
I got a generously sized bottle for about $40 at my Frisco, TX Marshall's.
I finally saw these in my store today!!! While they're not MY style, my sister would love them! :::marks off another Christmas present:::::

I like the black. I actually got the same color bag,, but a different style in the Marshalls in Shrewsbury NJ for 20 BUCKS on clearance. I almost passed out. haha =) Both bags are adorable though. Betseyville bags are awesome.
