Sock Basket! Tam! LOL I thought we were one of the only families to have one.
We have a huge sock basket. It contains mostly all white socks and a few colored socks. The funny thing is that none of them has a match. I just do not understand how I can have over 200+ single socks in one basket, where did all of the matches go. Does anyone have any thoughts on where the missing socks go in most households?
I think I am going to have to finally give in, close my eyes, and just throw the whole basket out. All it ever does is grow larger, never smaller.
As far as organizing my closet, I need a closet intervention. I have all of my dresses, dress pants, blouses, and tops all separated but I still have a huge problem. I have so many things in my closet that I need to throw away. My closet contains clothes that are too big, too small, and too old.
After reading Brenda’s post, it made me start thinking about proper organization.(Thanks Brenda!
) I ordered something called “Huggable Hangers”. They are supposed to give you more room to hang more clothes than you could with regular hangers.
When these hangers arrive, it will be the start of my closet intervention. I will keep everyone updated through my blog when I start.
