Fashion Rocks 5

Last night I watched a television special on CBS called Fashion Rocks 5. It was part of the campaign for Stand Up to Cancer, which was on all three networks, September 5, 2008. This was the 5th anniversary for this show. They had celebrities, comedians, and musicians gathered, showing off the latest fashion trends for 2008.

After watching all of the designers showcase their latest designs for fall, I came up with a few conclusions. Black and white is definitely the “in” color for this season, for both men and women, along with black and gold, and black and silver. Also, displayed were many embellished dresses/outfits, and embellished necklines.

Did anyone else happen to catch Fashion Rocks last night? If so, what were some of your observations? Did you like the styles the designers were showing, and the celebrities were wearing?
