I think she is trying to go for retro-unique..... comes off as tacky though.

I know from seeing interviews with her, she shops mostly at vintage stores because she can't afford designer stuff.

Hi Kendji,

Thanks for sharing the 'vintage stores' info with us. I am sure she could find a lil less tacky outfits if she wanted. I agree with the retro-UNIQUE comment! Anybody else have a name for this style of clothing?? lol
